  • Click “Proceed to Checkout” to continue.

3. Providing Shipping Information

  • Enter your shipping details, including full name, address, and contact number.
  • Ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays.
  • If you wish to ship to a different address, you can easily tick the “Ship to a different address” box and enter the shipping details.

4. Confirming Your Order

  • Review your order summary, including items, quantities, and total cost.
  • Click “Place Order” to confirm your purchase.
  • All orders are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide options for a replacement or refund.
Payment Process

1. Payment Options

  • We accept various payment methods, including KBZ mobile banking, KBZ Pay, AYA Mobile Banking, AYA Pay, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment gateways.
  • Select your bank from the list of available options during checkout.
  • Follow the prompts to log into your online banking account and complete the payment.
  • Once the transfer is complete, email the transaction receipt to [your email address] for confirmation. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. Your order will be fulfilled once payment is confirmed.
Shipping & Order Tracking

1. Shipping Your Order

  • We offer shipping to all states and regions of Myanmar.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 20-30 days after payment confirmation.
  • We offer flat rate shipping cost (3,000 MMK) for all orders across Myanmar.

3. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our website.
Returns & Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt for factory errors only.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Factory errors includes:
    • Receiving the wrong item.
    • Receiving the wrong size or color.
    • Missing items from the order.
    • Receiving a damaged item.
  • Sales products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Return and Exchange Process

  • Provide details of the defect or error and include photos if possible.
  • Once approved, you will receive a notification for further instruction.

3. Exchange for Out of Stock Items

  • Refunds are issued for items returned due to factory errors only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
